I am a coach and wellbeing professional who supports women in midlife who want to make meaningful, sustainable and self-driven lifestyle changes to feel in control, confident and informed about the changes happening in their body and mind.
My approach brings together a variety of coaching and positive psychology methodology to focus on your needs within a safe space, a respectful and collaborative relationship and with understanding of perimenopause and menopause.
We work together to identify areas of your life you want to improve, consider your current thoughts and behaviours in these areas and empower you to make lasting changes so that you can thrive at work, at home and in your social surroundings.

“loving inner change, a balanced journey”
With 24 years in education, personal development has long been a fascination of mine. My journey into leadership was fuelled by a drive for professional growth and my hurdles were supported by working with an executive coach. My interest in coaching grew and my love of learning led to gaining my own qualification as an accredited coach.
Now, I find a perfect combination of the two in educating people about menopause and coaching them to develop self efficacy to live the lives they want to live. Understanding basic neuroscience is an essential part of the education in changing habits of thought and behaviour. Being mentally fit is key to being able to take on life’s challenges especially when making lifestyle changes in menopause.
As an accredited coach and member of AC, I coach with experience of navigating life change myself, with coaching others through change and within organisational culture as a leader.
My training as a Licenced Menopause Champion with Menopause Experts Group enables me to bring a deeper understanding to clients needs.

In coaching sessions, together we delve into your challenges, discover what you want to achieve and explore ways to move forward. What you bring to the sessions is key to what you get out of them. You talk, I question, you consider, I listen, you reflect, I rephrase. At times, if appropriate I offer my insight and useful models of positive psychology and knowledge of the menopause transition. I may respectfully challenge you to look at different perspectives and commit to action. You will feel more confident and empowered to take action based on your personal goals.
In Menopause Me Coaching sessions, if helpful, I can share insight into peri and menopause to support your understanding of the mind and body changes that you are experiencing.
Our initial session includes a chemistry session to get to know each other, explore if working with me is the right approach for you and draw up a contract, deciding on session times and dates.

Yes! I offer three Menopause Me Coaching packages - Explore, Flourish and Success. Explore sessions are a single 60 minute sessions, which includes all aspects of a chemistry session where we get to know each other and decide the best approach to suit your needs.

Group coaching offers a structured programme of discovery and reflection in a confidential and respectful space. There are never more than five people in a group, so there is time to talk as well as reflect as I guide you through the programme. You may know people in the group or not, but after the sessions you will have formed a close connected community of support with the other participants. These sessions take place online.
