I offer a range of training workshops including, Menopause at Work, all of which are CPD accredited. These workshops provide education and practical guidance to create a more supportive workplace. A positive menopause culture benefits everyone, not just women and fosters inclusivity by encouraging men to join the conversation and support their colleagues. Staff all receive a certificate which they can add to their portfolio of training and a pin badge with the Menopause Experts Group logo to show their commitment to a menopause friendly work environment. Certificates for all attendees and a digital ‘Menopause Aware’ logo.

Executive Menopause Coaching
Coaching sessions focus on guiding employees through effective strategies for enhancing their wellbeing, maintaining productivity and thriving both personally and professionally. By achieving their true potential, employees offer their best to the work place.
Individual coaching supports drive and ambition to achieve goals whilst maintaining wellbeing. Group coaching supports connection and shared accountability for personal and professional growth.

Yes! I offer talks at specific times of the year, for example, International Women’s Day, or Menopause Awareness Month and I can support other events you have already scheduled to take place.

Yes! Men are as much a part of the menopause journey as women. Men are employers, partners, fathers, brothers and can feel unsure how to support. The best way to support is by building awareness and being educated. An inclusive approach supports both the organisation and the individuals.

Absolutely! 50% of the population will go through the menopause and these clients are attending gyms, nail bars, beauty salons, hair salons and spas.
If your employees work directly with clients who may be experiencing menopausal symptoms, those employees will benefit from developing awareness and understanding to support their clients by attending my workshops.
