Using tools of Cognitive Behaviour Coaching, you will build awareness of thought patterns which result in unhelpful feelings and behaviours, learn how to challenge them and how to identify a valued direction of change. You will build mental fitness so that you can maintain new habits in all areas of your health during this life transition.
