Developing a strong connection and accountability system for continued personal development. In addition to ‘Flourish’ package, develop skills to embed mental fitness for life. No looking back!
Cognitive Behaviour Approaches
I use strategies of Cognitive Behaviour Approaches to develop mental fitness.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is recommended by NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) - you can read more about cognitive behaviour approaches in this article by the British Menopause Society.
As a coach, I offer Cognitive Behaviour Coaching (CBC) to support developing self-awareness, goal setting and motivation to make sustainable change to your thoughts and behaviours.
I do not treat specific mental health conditions, a therapy approach is better suited. I welcome an opportunity to talk with you about whether CBC will meet your needs.

In our sessions together , we delve into your challenges, discover what you want to achieve and explore ways to move forward. What you bring to the sessions is key to what you get out of them. You talk, I question, you consider, I listen, you reflect, I rephrase. At times, if appropriate I offer my insight and useful models of positive psychology, respectfully challenging you to look at different perspectives and commit to action. You will feel more confident and empowered to take action based on your personal goals.
Our initial session includes a chemistry session to get to know each other, explore if coaching is the right approach for you and draw up a contract, deciding on session times and dates.

Do you feel stuck in some way? You’ve tried changing but struggle to maintain new habits. Coaching and in particular, Cognatiof Behaviour Coaching, offers a chance to reflect on your thought and behaviour patterns in many aspects of your life where you want to consistently form and maintain new habits e.g. healthy eating, exercise; sleep, stress management, low mood, relationship management.

I offer virtual sessions at different times in the day, including evenings and some on Saturdays. I also offer ‘walk and talk’ sessions local to the Ely area.

Yes! I offer three packages - Explore, Flourish and Success. Explore sessions are a single 90 minute sessions, which still includes all aspects of a chemistry session.

Group coaching offers a structured programme of discovery and reflection in a confidential and respectful space. There are never more than five people in a group, so there is time to talk as well as reflect as I guide you through the programme. You may know people in the group or not, but after the sessions you will have formed a close connected community of support with the other participants. These sessions take place online.
